And Americans make rude comments about British teeth???

Hat Tip to Mike - link to left. Plus - with Hat Tip to Obnoxio The Clown via Charon QC here is a take from Hong Kong on our beloved Prime Minister and his alleged bullying activities. All becomes clear...

I couldn't help myself here. Nicked from Memphis Steve who nicked it from someone else...

Savannah is right, Tennesseans have the 3rd worst teeth in the US, Kentucky is 2nd and the worst teeth belong to West Virginia.

Louisiana is 5th though...

I read a lot on the US and I own a collection of lists and charts of bizarre US league tables.

For stats fan the best teeth in America belong to Hawaii.

Interesting dental stats Daniel... And somehow, unsurprising too!

WR, you can't use some gun totting NRA dude as your example of American teeth! That is so wrong... although I don't agree with yanks making fun of the Brits teeth either. In fact, it's not nice to make fun period... but sometimes it can be educational...

For instance there is a Jayhawks album (at least I think it it) that is called "Summer Teeth". I asked my friend what the hell that meant, and he said "Oh you never heard that? If someone has summer teeth, it means some are black some are brown, some are missing"... To this day, I've never heard that expression used, but he says that it exists. Anyway, that's all I know about teeth. That and flossing is really important.
Peace,
pf

This is just one more reason that I am a libertarian (small "l") not a Libertarian (political party).

Sarcastic person - we get all defensive about our teeth. They're not that bad and certainly not as bad as the standard issue American clicj=he on the topic.

JoJo - I've a large dentalbill looming so I feel your pain (and mine)

Savvy - We do our humble best to entertain.

Catchy - Quite so. Horrisd isn't he? Interesting word 'libertarian'. We must debate it some time.

For me the most amazing thing is that a guy who looks like that, and it's not just the teeth, there's something about the eyes and the general expression, could run for office on a one-issue platform. And in Tennessee he could win on that one issue.

All you need to know about US and Brit dentistry is contained in the brilliant Simpsons dentistry episode:

When they drafted the constitution, they meant 'The right to bear arms' that is, being allowed to keep bear arms as well as stuffed heads and torsos in your house.

They got this one completely screwed up.
