Pinched from Jailhouselawyer who pinched it from Guido Fawkes - I know many of the good guys hate Guido Fawkes with a vengeance but he does provide a helpful outlet for Tourettes sufferers to give vent to their - erm - condition in his comments. Otherwise I suspect that they would be so maddened by everything - and in particular how anyone to the left of Genghis Khan is a CUNT!!!! - that they would be out on the streets gunning down random innocent people if denied this - erm - form of relief. Maybe think of it as some sort of outreach facility in these straitened times.For the record, the rabbit is in favour of proportional representation.

And, in my humble opinion, Mr. Genghis Khan was largely a misunderstood leader. Not trying to be provoking or funny... Read up on his life story and you'll see what I mean.
I have to admit though, his name does sound cool and sort of rolls off the tongue when it comes to villainous reference.
And yea, he was also a total merciless ass kicking bad ass... I do realize it. And yet...
Guido Fawkes is a terrible dick end, everything he touches get's shitty fingerprints on it.

JoJo -By way of elaboration on DHG's answer, Lembit Opik is a who rather than a what - he was a Liberal Democrat MP until the recent election - he is famous for (a) dating Sian Lloyd who is/was a weathergirl on TV (b) dating a cheeky girl (don't ask!) (c) worrying about earth being hit by giant asteroids and what to do about this (d) being a Zoroastran I think.
