A bit more law...

I'm saying nuffin (again) ... http://news.uk.msn.com/uk/article.aspx?cp-documentid=16400564 ...except it occurred to me that I've never put up any Rolling Stones stuff - until now.

I love the way these things are worded, "Magistrates in Sunderland slapped her".

Can't seem to find any reference to that in the Sentencing Guidelines:-)

The Stones, let's stick with 'em.

why the hell was she refused bail? can only think she was going to shag loudly while on bail or to protect her from irate neighbours. whichever it is, i hardly think putting her in custody is the best use of the space and the money.

What infuriates me more in the first instance is that this couple were impounded for enjoying a basic human practise... If this was something which had happened in the USA it would never have come to court. WHAT DOES INFURIATE ME is that every power that be in the UK seem intent on clamping down on every little last "right" that we have as an individual in this godforsaken land. Will somebody eventually complain about my weekly "mattress burning" ceremony which I, as an ex - citizen of Dagenham hold to be one of my "human rights?"

I am not being facetious but when one is forced to live in a condition such as being jarred into a row of rabbit cages (no pun intended) it is inevitable that some noises may transmit into the next living accomodation. Such is life and one must live with the minor "inconvenience". I for one would attempt to share in their enjoyment whilst fumbling with my own private parts. Pity those who have not the perverse sexuality to enjoy such. Katy, my big-titted young piece of on-the-side stuff would perhaps complain otherwise as she has no comprehension of other people's misfortunes.

Nice to see you back on the web, by the way!
