off up north...

Off up north for the weekend so silence for a little while. An invitation to an eighteenth birthday party at my age! Plus a ticket for Elland Road at 1215 (what kind of time is that for a football match?). Hoping for plenty as per videoclip - caution: rude word - over and over again :-O

    A game of two halves, Brian (I've always thought sports journalist must be a brilliant job - you get to travel all over watching sport and writing about it - and they actually pay you!)
    First half was rubbish - 0-1 down at half time and playing like eleven pantomime horses. I wanted my money back!
    Second half was brilliant. Four goals in this half. Equalised. Then took the lead. Then got pulled back to 2-2. Then took - and hung on to 3-2 lead. Oh what fun...
